Discover the strength of your body, through the flexibility of our Pilates programs. Designed with various needs in mind, we aim to help you work with your abilities to achieve more out of life. Everyone from regular practitioners to beginners and seasoned athletes are welcome. We offer group and private classes on mat and reformer, as well as more specialized ones, like our prenatal and postpartum classes. 
Our Studio is located  in MinamiAzabu All classes are taught in English. Our mission is to create a healthy lifestyle and help the community stay healthy, move more efficiently with a beautiful muscle line and tone.   

We open 6 days a week from 7am to 9pm by reservation.

My Pilates of Happiness

“Physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness" - Joseph Pilates.

10 years ago, I suffered from chronic pain in my knees - they hurt so much that I struggled with walking up and down the stairs. My doctor recommended Pilates to alleviate the pain. After only a month of Pilates, the pain in my knees was history! In additional I had better posture, toned muscles and a stronger body! 

You don’t need to live with pain - Pilates helped me and now I want to help you too.
